I have a friend that is a club 33 CM and according to him they just completed their new memberships and the people they were contacting have been on a waiting list since 2005. So I'd say the best thing to do is put your name on the waiting list and wait patiently; and I think it's like $30,000 to join and something like $5,000 annually. - MissSwann
