Actually jviray98 and MTD all attraction lines are wide enough for wheelchairs in DCA unless you need special loading help. In DL many rides you do see a CM at the exit. They will tell you this at City Hall and Chamber of Commerce and give you a list explaining. Of course every guest is different and should consult with a CM or lead if they need assistance. As you will notice it on the pass it says to report to the fast pass line but in DCA they are specifically called return time passes.
