Huge kudos to DTD Earl of Sandwich manager, Domingo! We had a slight problem with a sandwich, I spoke to him, he was very apologetic, was eager to fix the situation and he handled it so professionally. Yay!! Also... 20% off on sandwiches, with an AP, on Mondays and Tuesdays in February and March)
They run a great operation considering how many hungry people go through there. I recommend it highly. - ScooterMike

They are pretty awesome! My mom's allergic to sea salt, and didn't realize that the chips she had grabbed was full of it, and the manager saw her expression change, and came over to make sure she was okay, and then went and checked the labels to make sure none of the meat or anything else she ordered had sea salt on it (it seems everyone is switching to sea salt these days!).
