Quick question........ We are coming next weekend and we got rid of our stroller and are worried about traveling between the resort and hotel after a long day of excitement with 2 boys. We thought about bringing our wagon so if the kids want to rest they can, but I read wagons are not allowed. My cousin just told me when they went a few months ago they took their wagon in with no problem. So are they allowed or prohibited??
The website says that wagons are prohibited. You can find exact info to questions here: http://bit.ly/135V53Y - aidensmama

There was a picture of Patton pushing a wagon just days ago. Look up celebrities. - Princess Daisy

If you look closely, it's not a wagon. But what he is pushing I have never seen anyone at Disneyland pushing before. Otherwise they would be all over the place. - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint 1798.9 #42 9:07AM
I saw the pic too. It's one of those sit on car things you can push a child on. They are smaller than a stroller. - aidensmama 336.5 #445 9:08AM
I saw him at the Grand and it was one of those car pusher things. His daughter was too cute pushing herself around in it. I actually noticed her before I noticed him. - emnldsmom 189.3 #1757 9:14AM
According to Dland website wagons are still prohibited.http://disneyland.disney.go.com/plan/tips/more/ - UTDISNEYFAMILY

Nothing that has to be pulled behind you including wagons, rolling backpacks, luggage, and no coolers allowed. With the exception of personal size coolers. - ImAlwaysCrazy

Thanks! I read that too before I posted, but was not sure if it was accurate since other people do bring them in. - thomaks

How old are your boys? Our littlest was 7 last summer, and I was worried, beforehand, about her. Ha! I'm the one who got tired! She had no problem walking all over and then back to the hotel either. If yours are much younger though, you might want to just pick up a cheap stroller and bring just in case. - meridafan

Just went Presidents' Day with my 5 yr old. First time without stroller and he did awesome. Again like ^^ my feet were the ones that hurt. He never complained or asked to be held. - dvcfam4 113.1 #2852 9:48AM
I have never seen a wagon there before. - MeridasHair

What hotel are you staying at? DLR rental strollers are only allowed on parks area only. They can't be taken beyond the security check-in gates, so not to DTD or the DL hotels. - splashphotoCM 880.9 #101 10:24AM
Thanks everyone! I knew they weren't allowed, but then my cousin sent me a message saying she took hers in a few months ago when they went. Our boys are 5 and 3 and are rambunctious and have a ton of energy, but they burn down quickly at the end of the day!
I too consider my "Daddy" to be the new carrier. It is going to be hard with no place to rest, no place to store cups and packages when we go on rides, but it will also be nice not having to push it around or take it to stroller parking or try to find it after rides!! - thomaks

Definite pros and cons to both sides. I might still just buy a cheap umbrella stroller and maybe let the boys alternate on ride back to hotel? And I think it's cheaper ham renting one, too. Or borrow from a friend? Good luck whichever way you go. - meridafan 1036.1 #83 11:35AM
Purchases can be checked at the package check at the newsstand or Elias and co and you can rent ablicker for anything else you need. - bluefairy 627.1 #174 12:33PM
