Napa Rose was as amazing as everyone said it would be. The vegan flat bread was addicting (and gluten free). We had an delightful salad that had wilted winter kale, roasted portobello mushrooms and haricots vert, warm pecans, winter pears and an herb vinaigrette. For our entrees we had the two vegan options: pasta with veggies and big shiitake mushrooms and also the veggie tower with a side of chipotle potatoes. Both were amazing, full of flavor and very filling but not heavy. The pasta was also gluten free. Dessert was so refreshing! We had cara cara orange sorbet which is made in house with berries. There was even a candied orange slice on top.
