I was reading the OC register online and I came across a story that talked about Napa Rose's Executive Chef Andrew Sutton and how he got to cook at the James Beard House alongside other talented OC chefs. For those of you that don't know James Beard is a big deal in the Culinary world. His foundation gives out awards to chefs for their accomplishments every year.
