So guys I'm having my phone interview for the Disney college program in a few hours!!! What usually happens afterwards?

I've been doing a lot of interviewing lately and they saying that's actually a good question to ask the interviewer when they ask if you have any questions because that shows that you have interest. Good luck! - MrsSchnooks

You'll find out whether or not you've been accepted. Stay loose and happy and it helps to walk and talk. Ask questions if you have em and your interviewcan last anywhere from 10 min to 30 min. Stay positive and I'm sure you'll do great :) good luck - CMallyg92

After the phone interview it's back to the waiting game... It can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks to get the message that says whether or not you made it. Good luck and be sure to smile with your voice! And also ask them questions at the end. Very important. - JRDrummer_CM
