Hey mousewait family...I have a question. So a coworker brought my husband and me wedding Mickey ears for our Hawaiian wedding in August. I was wondering if I bright them with me to Disneyland on my upcoming trip would I be able to get them embroidered with say, our wedding date even though they had been previously purchased? Mahalo!
For this, the CM will ask for a receipt. If you do, or your co-worker still has it, you can get your wedding date embroidered on it - BaseballMickey_CM

I don't have a receipt, it was a gift in August. What if we wear them in? - Islandariel 169.3 #2017 3:38PM
I did this with graduation ears but I decided to purchase a second pair since I lost my receipt for the first pair. So I had a pair for playing in the park and I display my embroidered one. Hope this helps :) - tiggertwin 317.8 #532 4:32PM
I think as long as they can replace them, then they will. (In case the machine goes all screwy). They won't do any ears they don't have on hand I believe. - Linzee

They also won't embroider if the hats are too thick. For example, I just purchased the Mouseketeer ears with the point and was denied because of the thickness. Hopefully someone here has had experience with the ears you have. Or possibly call the resort. - JenInWonderland

Did you try to get those ears embroidered at Disney Showcase? The corner store on Main Street over by where Mickey takes pics. They embroider things that cant go through the hat machines like christmas stockings, blankets, etc. - JessicaRabbit33 667.9 #156 10:01AM
