Just got back from WDW ( after visitng DL at least once a yr from TX. For the past 15 yrs)because my daughter is in the college program there... My assessment: just didn't feel the MAGIC that DL has. Transportation is difficult (and we stayed at Wilderness Lodge) it feels like it has the same attractions (with a few additions/subtractions) just spread into a bunch of hype so they could say there are 4 parks. VERY CROWDED (feb 5-12). Not saying we didn't have a blast...just really missed the DL magic! - brittandkell  288.2 #678 1:35AM
I like them both. Getting around to the different parks is easy. Although it never failed, the park we were going to for the day. Always seemed to have the least amount of buses headed that way. Epcot is like DCA for me, only good for four hours. I love the queues there more. Majority of them are covered, so you are protected from the sun and rain. - Lelundrial  341.1 #429 5:36AM

I love Disneyland though WDW is awesome unless you have weeks to explore I prefer Disneyland. - sallyg  217.1 #1395 1:03AM
I've said this before, I love the fact that Disneyland is walkable from my hotel (can go early and then come back). WDW is not. 2 parks side by side in Anaheim is also a big plus...... That said, I loved both Epcot and Hollywood Studios more than I expected. - RapunzelledColey  13.0 #6032 1:11AM
I'm heading for a 3rd trip to WDW and I agree about the convenience factor. I love how accessible Disneyland is (although I do miss being able to park right up in front of the gate). We take for granted the whole idea of park hopping or taking a mid day break at the hotel. In Florida, you have to take a bus, monorail, or ferry for what seems like miles just to get from one to the other...and that's if you're staying on-property! I love Epcot, the studios not so much, lol! - bluefairy  627.1 #174 3:07AM
Have a great trip Bluefairy! - RapunzelledColey  13.0 #6032 3:23AM
