I'm going to be in trouble! I was trying to personalize my daughter's Glow With the Show ears for our up coming trip and broke them. Whoops. I guess I'll be calling delivEARS in the morning for a new pair. I know I've seen a few people on here change up theirs. How to you do it without breaking the delicate wires?

Do they leave the ears on the original hat? I've read on a Disney board that people take the hats completely apart, but the wires attached to the ears a super fragile and after I unscrewed them, the ear broke right off. - HasAnyoneSeenMyGlassSlipper 321.6 #514 6:31PM

I have not personalized mine, but at the parks they have been really nice about replacing broken glow ears, my brother went to look to buy batteries to replace for his ears where they were selling them and they just gave him a new pair! Same happened to me when my head strap thing ripped, they just gave me a new one, of course we went to leave compliments at city hall for their generosity! - sleepyhead

ditto to sleepyhead, my son's broke twice,once when he opened them Christmas morning, the strap was already broken and the 2nd time the batteries were making it go crazy and refused to shut off, they replaced them both times, so easily. - GarnerPhotography 321.4 #516 7:00PM

I took 2 beanies 1 inside so it was soft and cut a flap to get to battery compartment. The outside is another beanie with holes for the glow ears to slip through. - MeridasHair
