UPDATE: I am no longer experiencing this. Looks like it's fixed. When clicking "More" on a post to read the the long caption it shows these two loading screens. Android 4.2.1 Galaxy Nexus.
I'm gonna take a stab...and say that everyone's seeing this when they click 'more' no matter whuch mobile they're using xD - AvidDisneyThrifter220
