I did the dreaded "hold up a mirror and look at the back side" thing this morning...and not thrilled with the view! Time to get back on the wagon! Even if everything else in my life is screwed up and out of control...I am the master of my own health and well being. Time to take charge and get back to the "me" that I like...after I finish the See's candy that my son got me for Valentine's day... :)
