So you guys know I got my annual pass last month, well I got my picture taken for it and my picture never shows up when I come into th parks so I have to get it retaken?! 😩
I have had picture taken 3 times and it still doesn't show at the entry gates. They told me to go back to the ticket booth. They checked it and the picture showed up and they said there was nothing wrong with the pass. I'll see next time I go. - jabalmer1

Yeah, real easy to do. Either go to the photo shop in either park (I'd go earlier in the day. Don't wait until park closing time) or find a photo pass photographer to take your pic. And you look just fine. Nobody ever sees the pic other than when it's up on the screen! If you're young, you look great! Trust me on that! - meridafan

My gf had the same issue. She got her pass, had her pic taken and it didn't show. Each time she walked into the park they told her she had to take one and she said she did and then they asked for her ID. On our second trip it still didn't show up and they said the pass was blocked and she had to get a new one...not sure what was up with that...but sometimes there's glitches I guess! - aphboomwha

When we got ours last year, all three of us had our photos taken at the same time. Two linked to our passes, but one didn't. She had to have a second pic taken. No biggie. - jmgphx

You may need to go to a ticket booth and have them check it out. Something was wrong with my wifes passport and the picture never showed no matter how many times she took it. They had to reset her passport and finally it was fixed. - TangledsDad

Thanks guys, I got my pic retaken and hope it shows up next time I'm in the park. The CM who took my pic said if it isn't there next time they'll have to get me a new passport and that there have been a lot of glitchy/defective passports regarding no show pics lately. - MsLeila
