Have a question. What do you do when you encounter CMs who aren't spreading any magic or pixie dust? I've met so many wonderful CMs who truly make every trip magical, but every once in a while there are some that just don't seem like they want to be there and can be quite rude or just indifferent. It's usually only 1 out of 10 CMs we encounter, but it takes away from all of the CMs who go out of their way to make Disneyland a magical place.
I figure everyone has a bad day once in a while. We never know what might be happening in their life. So I just move on. - SueBayou

Very good point! I usually try to say something nice to them to help cheer them up.

I usually get one a trip and it bothered me I mean why work here if your a nasty person?! both people seemed to get pleasure out of being this way BUT I just move on and remember there are a ton of great CMs maybe the nasty ones won't last there too long people will be people - lisaw

I always try to make anybody who works customer service laugh/smile if they seem blue. I've worn those shoes and even with hundreds of great guests, sometimes it just takes one to ruin a day, but it can also take just one to brighten a gloomy day😊 - Linzee

I agree with Sue. They have personal lives too. I work in customer service, and like the CMs, I have to leave that at the door when I go "on stage". But it's not always easy to do so when you're having an exceptionally bad day. Please just move on, and if you take any action, do like linzee and be super nice. - MousekaNinja
