What chef Sutton chose for me at Napa Rose on Valentine's Day! Top to bottom, left to right is: 1. crab ravioli with a spicy prawn, and spicy tomato sauce 2. winter kale salad with baked pears and haricot verts 3. potato gnocchi with mushrooms and shaved truffles in a butter truffle sauce 4. braised short ribs (off menu) with rosemary and lamb sausage 5. chocolate creme brûlée with raspberry compote and a pulled sugar heart. The only thing I don't have a pic of was the 'palette awakener' which was a little potato hallowed out with like a deviled egg mixture inside and caviar on top. Everything was delicious and the experience was incredible!!
