For Dave. Prix fix menu for V-day at Napa Rose. Chef Sutton gave me braised ribs off-menu because I like my steak well done! It was an awesome experience. (Sorry pic is so burry).

This is really cool because usually they leave a lot of the normal menu items on the special prix fix menus and they didn't do that...The only two items on the menu normally are the rack of lamb and the filet - Dave 8824.1 #2 11:45AM
