The line to get AP wristbands at the front gate of DCA is still pretty long. Alternate locations are near Ghiradelli and I just got mine at Stanley's statue in Cars Land (almost nobody there). CM also said that all guests are allowed to stay until 10 but only those with wristbands will be able to get on the attractions.
