I forgot that Aurora and Belle were once in DL in their blue dresses. I loved when Ariel was first introduced she was in mermaid form instead. She had her own meet n greet where Pixie Hollow is now. The clam shell would spin around so that she could appear and take a "swim break". The other princesses meet n greet was in Fantasyland near Snow White's Scary Adventures and they would come out individually. These pics are from the Summer of 1999...
We had the most magical experience with that Ariel. MiniBayou was 5 and we were in line, she asked if I thought Ariel would remember her. I said (rather loud) " oh Sarah it's been 6 months, she sees so many little girls I'm not sure she can remember them all" Before we went up the CM went and whispered something in Ariel's ear. When Sarah got up there Ariel said " Oh Sarah, I'm so glad you could visit me again, it's been 6 months! I've missed you!" Till this day it makes me cry. She made MiniBayou so happy! Best Disney experience ever!! - SueBayou
