I think it depends on the branch. I used to have wamu/chase and one branch I visited was a nightmare but the other one was pretty good. However, I couldn't get over the nightmare and now use Bank of America. - aidensmama 336.4 #444 9:52PM

I've had Chase since they took over WaMu and never had issues. I have the Disney debit card. One thing to be aware of is that by accepting the debit card (and I assume the credit card too), you consent to allow Chase to share info on your card purchases with Disney. I only use that card at Disneyland, so it doesn't bother me, but heads up to those who have privacy concerns. - JustCantWait 779.5 #121 4:55PM
Chase is awesome. They also have a Disney debit card that offers certain discounts to Disney parks and merchandise, if you don't want the credit card. - EveandWalle
