Why are Disney area hotel rates so extremely high for the weekend of Feb 22? Is there something going on that I'm missing?

Dapper day is that Sunday. I've never been during that time so I'm not sure what its all about or how it affects the crowds. We are going the 21-24 and noticed a lot of hotels are completely booked. - disneymama07 6.6 #8526 8:34AM
