Roger Rabbit Cartoon Spin :) question for BBM. Is that the balcony you mentioned on a post before? The one that should have a 2nd Floor for this ride?

BBM mentioned that the attraction was supposed to be two stories, and there was a balcony that was supposed to be part of it. Otilegna is asking if this is te balcony for the second story of the attraction that was never made. - Slotherini 911.7 #100 6:09PM
