Is it true you can ride SOC at early entry before the entire park opens?

I know at one point you could if you were a GCH guest. But it's been awhile since I've been a guest there so I don't know for sure - PrincessDuckie 588.9 #188 2:16PM

SOC is Soarin' Over CA. DCA is Disney California Adventure. GCH is Grand California Hotel. You'll catch on. Most of the rides are abbreviated for ease. - LilSterner 2656.0 #18 2:31PM
