Just ran into some extra money so we WILL be able to renew our APs after all! The fam hasn't been back since right before Carsland opened. We are both HUGE foodies. What are some must haves?
Personally I cannot go a trip without getting a brocolli cheese soup sourdough bread bowl from Pacific Warf Cafe. And to spice it up a little bit, we took our bread bowls to the Cove Bar and got some drinks and an appetizer and enjoyed ourselves watching WOD and the coaster go round. :) Enjoy! - stephigo2

Where do you run? I want to run there, too :-) Enjoy some chicken gumbo at Cafe Orleans while you're at Disneyland, but purchase some sourdough bread beforehand to create your own bread bowl or just tear and dip the bread. The bread is sold at the walk up window across from Cafe Orleans where they sell the steak gumbo, but I'm not a fan of the steak gumbo - duckymomo

I've never had gumbo, what is it? - iwantdisney 259.5 #930 3:58PM
Gumbo is like a stew, I guess would be a good way to describe it. It's a little thicker than stew, though, and has some spiciness to it. Different meat can be used in it, but I've usually seen it with andouille sausage in addition to the meat. It also contains dirty rice - duckymomo 28.9 #4507 7:43PM
Truffle mac and cheese from Napa Rose. In the park - seafood crepe from Cafe Orleans. - EpicDio

My hubby who usually hates things like this and told me would never try them is now wanting to try these so bad. I would like to thank his coworker who told him that they were good. He obviously doesn't want to listen to me or any MWer! - MrsSchnooks 710.0 #143 7:53PM
I was thinking about it and I don't think I have experienced any of the new food from BVS or Carsland. I need to work on that! - PrincessDuckie
