I wonder if they would be lenient by a couple minutes, ya know, just in case there is an emergency. Heaven forbid anyone get lost, or lose an important item. But what if it's a busy day and the parades create a people jam? I just don't think a CM would be able say no if there are certain circumstances (I thought that's why they were lenient in the first place). This will pass, or city hall will need a fast pass line! - lovetheland7

They will be aware of downtimes (so if an attraction is down, they'll know, and accept FastPasses according to this). And this isn't a new rule, it's always been a rule, but it hasn't been really enforced until now - so more people can enjoy the FastPasses (if everyone's following the hour limits) - LaTruce
