I'm modifying our Crowd Index algorithm so it accurately reflects slower times at the Parks. If you are at the Park, let me know how close the Index is to the actual feel of the Park. The Crowd Index is on a scale of 1-100 with 100 being at full capacity.

You're welcome! It's working better in lighter crowds, but now it is struggling to show the higher crowd levels. We are monitoring it daily though, and we will get it right! - Admin 3:59PM

On my phone when I click specifically on Disneyland Park to view the MW Crowd Index it is showing me the MM hours instead and not allowing me to scroll down to view the Crowd Index. Is this typical? Or am I not doing something right? I try to scroll down w/ my finger but it doesn't move down. - DaisyDork

I meant to email you today. I was in parks Sat, Sun and Mon & Crowd Index seemed the most accurate I have seen (I checked a few times each day). Also FYI my connectivity was at about 95%, & even some of my previous "dead zones" worked fine! Thanks Admin!!! - ShariRenee
