You can now move your own posts to different Lands if they are in the wrong place. Just click on the MouseWait drop-down button, and then select Move Post. If you are posting from the Park, use real-time land, Disney related posts go in Disneyland talk. Non-Disney related posts need to go in The Hub.

I seem to be unable to locate the "move post" Button. The drop down shows : like, subscribe, thank, remove, share, report, edit, delete, my notifications, my MW, my feed, my profile, admin, dl talk, dl real time, the hub, mousetopia, WDW, MW store, My collection, my history, my trade, bucket list, posts no comments and collapse all coments. I have the same problem as GrumpyPirateDad (and I've heard others do too). I've checked the drop down menu of quite a few of my posts and do not see any option to "Move post" or "MP".
