Is city hall the only place to get a birthday badge? Do they ask for proof our id? Thanks!

in my experience, they have never asked for proof or id. I have also gotten the pin at the ticket booths & the information booth near the Jolly Holiday Bakery - kobeholic2000

If there's a long line at City Hall, head across Town Square to the Opera House. Just a rumor, but I bet they could help you out with a button or two. Maybe a map and a schedule too. - IDVandalSkipperCM
