Ok. Ariel's Grotto has some of the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Over and over again we are neglected by the servers. I understand your busy, but resetting the customers clock to say hi and let us know you'll be right with us; that's not uncommon anywhere else in the park! So why is it ok for it to happen at the Grotto!? It's very upsetting that this is the third time we have tried to go and it's the same every time! Just awful! Does anyone else have this problem?
I'm sorry that happened. Please let City hall know bc we here at this app can do nothing about it. Per the Rules, Admin says there is to be no complaining as the lounge needs to be vacation Atmosphere. Hope your trip is better in every other way. - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint

It just says something about Vacation atmosphere and no complaining in the rules-FAQs. That's all. - Mouse4life 1040.6 #82 3:20PM
There's a website called Yelp that was made for complainers - ScooterMike

Did you not ask "don't you know who I am". Maybe they could of been more considerate about your feelings. Just saying. - Enome

I'm sorry you've had bad experiences there. My daughter and I dined there in November for my birthday, and both of us thought it was completely wonderful, from the service to the food to the princess interactions. We sat outside, near the water. Are you inside? Maybe that's the difference? - susieQzee

Maybe our expectations are different but my family had a wonderful experience at Ariel's Grotto. Food was excellent and we had an awesome server. She even gave my mini extra attention because we were celebrating a birthday. We dined inside. Sorry you had a bad experience. - CamEli
