Have you read through The Lounge? So many great ideas are posted each and every day. Maybe start the day with a visit to the foregin language map stand, next to the train tunnels after entry, and finding a map in your student's native language. She's from Australia so I think a normal guide will do although maybe well give her a Japanese one make her figure out what it says as a joke. :) I don't know if they do it anymore but I remember they used to have random guests as the head of the parade..
