Is two years old too young to take my son for the first time to the parks? He'll be we'll versed in Disney movies by then.

No...your never too young for Disney just keep him bundled up at night and make sure you take advantage of the baby center on main street USA for all his lil needs have fun! - socaldad85  88.0 #3219 10:25PM
Took my daughter Ava for her first time on her second birthday - ScooterMike  1959.8 #37 10:41PM
IMO: you are never too young! Take him as much as you can before he turns 3 and you have to buy him a ticket! - Miss-E-Mouse  839.4 #111 10:24PM
Agree. Take advantage now if you have the chance of taking him before he turns 3. - SafariSkewerJessica  148.2 #2360 10:40PM
I just wonder if he'll get it. - DonaldGuy  28.9 #4507 10:26PM
My daughter was close to 2 1/2 when we first took her and she asked to go back everyday! Just remember to take it at his pace. I watched youtube videos with her before we left. - MrsGrumpy2002  193.1 #1749 11:06PM
That's a great age. He'll love it. - Mouse4life  1086.2 #78 10:26PM
Of course not!! I take my 16 month old nephew all the time. He loves going, he enjoys the sights and sounds. - Bolt22  43.5 #3960 10:29PM
Do it. I go with my nephew all the time and he loves it. I promise you two will have a great time. - Bambi.  595.8 #188 10:30PM
I've been taking my niece since she's been able to walk. We have so many memories and pictures from all ages and stages. - sallyg  219.4 #1392 10:38PM
I think two is an appropriate age. We are taking our 22 month old in March and it will be her first time. We went a year ago and she stayed with grandma. I just think as a mom with three kids, I had no desire to take an infant to Disneyland. Now, she is talking and can say "Mickey" and "Minnie" She is definitely ready to go! Hope you have a great experience. - DisneyLuva4Life  9.0 #7275 10:39PM
My son was two the first time I took him. - aidensmama  339.3 #446 11:00PM
First time we took the boys they were 4.5 and 1.5 yrs old. My daughter's first trip was at 17 days old, she's practically grown up there at this point. They are now 12,9 and 3.5. 2 is a wonderful age to bring them, heck even younger is still so much fun! There is so much to do for all ages! - Autoalice  137.1 #2533 11:02PM
We have taken my daughter twice, once when she was 6 months old, and again for her first birthday. We are planning on going again when she will be around 31 months and my son will be around 5 months. - minniemommy  7.2 #8234 11:06PM
HECK no.. Why would you think that? - MyPark  946.4 #94 11:06PM
You're never too young, just like your never too old. Just take to slow and enjoy seeing DL through their eyes!😻 - Boundin  427.8 #300 11:15PM
I took my son at 6 months. He did better at Disneyland than at home. Go figure! Bonus- they are free! Tons to do even with baby.  - adventurerEnDisneylandia {AED}  284.4 #721 11:29PM
My daughters first trip was a few weeks before her 2nd birthday. she claims to this day she remembers it (shes now 10) i think she just remembers because it took like 800 Pictures!! - julietyler76  4.1 #13318 11:41PM
why not?! he'll get in for free!! take advantage!! - Stitch_Legacy  3642.7 #9 11:42PM
my daughter was 1.5 years old when she first went! She is 2.5 years old now and has been there more than 30 times!! :D She loves it!!!!!! :D :D :D - FindingYou  126.1 #2677 11:54PM
My nieces and nephew have been going to Disneyland since they were newborns. They are now 10, 9 and 3. My nephew is the youngest and has 'gotten' what it means to be at the parks since he became aware of his surroundings. - KermitFan13  411.1 #323 12:00AM
I've been going since before I was born!! (I'm 22 now) Haha you're never too young or too old for Disneyland IMO!!! - GitsieMouse  204.5 #1601 12:03AM
Took my nephew at 4 months. The colors, lights, and sounds are good to stimulate their senses - but you can't really stay too long. I think 2 years old is a perfect age because they're old enough to understand things and start believing in the magic! - LaTruce  1827.9 #44 12:09AM
My sister took her baby on week 2 :) never too young for Disney. Lol the obly difference is she's a CM and lives 10 minutes away, goes all the time. I'm sure you're looking more into a special trip, I get that :) honestly I can't help much, but I can say I went my first time at age 3, and I still remember things 16 years later! - AvidDisneyThrifter220  869.6 #106 12:56AM
Never to early to start going to Disneyland! Took my son for the first time on his 1st B-Day and my daughter started at 2mos old! I'm sure you both will enjoy either way! - MoreQueenThanEvil  235.3 #1187 1:00AM
My daughter was only three months old, and I swear she loved it! The Festival of Fools and IASW were her favorites! - mrstoad  240.4 #1134 1:19AM
I started taking my oldest to Disneyland when she was six months old. She loved it! When she first started speaking, Disney was one of her first words. As soon as we got to the parking structure, she knew where we were and would start screaming, "Disney! Disney!" So taking your toddler is going to be fun!!! - Queenof2princesses  254.7 #989 4:35AM
My youngest was 1 when we first took her, she loved it. Best week ever! Then we moved out here to become annual passholders, and everytime we go, her face lights up like its her first time seeing it all :) - GarnerPhotography  321.4 #531 5:39AM
My daughter was 3 months old! It's never too early for DL - LaPearleNoir  620.8 #179 6:09AM
Not at all! I was 2 when I first went and that was where my love for Disney began. I still have my first pair of Mickey ears that I got the first time I went. Just take loads of pictures and video if you can! He'll thank you later. Also, you could maybe swing by town hall and get him a first timer button. I think that would be a special keepsake :) - x2ndstar2therightx  200.8 #1661 7:26AM
Nope two years is the first time I took my son to DL. He loved it. - Lelundrial  344.9 #435 7:33AM
Two is a perfect age! I suggest what I've seen on several other posts - find a spot in the park and take a photo of him standing there. Then every other time you take him, take a photo in the same place. It'll be awesome to look back and see how much he's grown. :) Have fun! - jmgphx  323.0 #523 8:49AM
My son went to disneyland for the first time when he was 3 months - cinderella85rivas  190.5 #1778 9:32AM
My daughter was 4 months old first time and has been three more times since, and she loves it! She 15 mons old now, and totally understands Disneyland and the rides!! - LilMissPixie84  35.1 #4240 9:57AM
