Honestly, I don't like them. If you don't send the reply that you don't want the monthly special they send it anyway and then charge you for it and you have to fight tooth and nail to fix it. Even if you do return to sender they don't credit your account. And the DVDs are $5-10 more than at most stores. It is not worth the headache for me. But some people I know love it. - Deltachiq

I've had a great experience with them so far. I have had no problems when I deny an offer, and when I have forgotten to reply I have sent it back and the returns went through with no problem. So far I really like it! 😃👍 - Sweet_Irish_Cream
