And some of the nicest baby care cm's work there. You can also feed your infants there and a private area is provided for natural feeding mommies and you can buy diapers and wipes there as well. - pikarich

This is right across from the red corn dog stand at the end of Main Street. There's also one behind Ghiradelli at the Pier in DCA. There's baby supplies, high chairs, breast feeding rooms, changing tables and little potties.
