Anyone else doing the Disneyland5k on August 31st? Time to start training! Completely out of shape.

You can easily do a 5k and run the entire thing if you start training now! I would recommend running on both a treadmill and out of the street. When you run a treadmill make sure to set the incline at 1. Good luck to you! I know you can do it! - AshleyLynn22
