With all the runDisney ✨🏃✨ events lately, we've had so many discussions about running, which I think is great--I love that we're talking about being happy and healthy! Other than running, what are some of the other sports and activities that you do (or used to do)? Do you 💃dance? 🏊Swim? 🏄Surf? 🚴Bike? 🏂Snowboard? 🎿Ski? 🏇 Ride horses? Work in the 🌺garden? 🏈Football? ⚾Baseball/softball? 🎾Tennis? chase after 🐔chickens? 😂 What motivates you to do whatever it is that you love to do?

I'm a swimmer ( daily) as well as runner and do weights. Gym 5 x a week currently in the process of changing my body completely and it's looking great !!! Never been happier - Hendizl

I do allt of freestyle i usually do 1 mile swimming which is about 65 laps in a jr Olympic style pool.but I really enjoy the back strokes lately just sometimes I start swimming to the side lol - Hendizl 1304.5 #62 9:26AM

I did gymnastics, volleyball, and basketball as a kid. I coached all three sports as a teen/young adult--my favorite was preschool gymnastics classes! Those kids were so much fun. Currently, I run/walk, do kettlebells, Pilates, and occasionally take my road bike out. I'm excited to do the half next September--it will be my first DL race! - Spoonful_O_Sugar

I used to do dance, gymnastics, basketball, track, and cheer leading while growing up. Before my accident I would do the treadmill or run out side. Now I am trying to ride a special type of bike. - Princess Daisy

What a great post! I would love to know what other MWer's do outside of the parks. I enjoy hiking🗻, skimboarding🏄, bodyboarding🏊, mountain biking🚵, fishing🎣, and longboarding by the🌅. I would like to get more into🏂 and enjoy an occasional game of 🎾🏀. - ScubaSteve028

As my profile says I enjoy zebra hot chocolates and long strolls down Paradise pier. However outside the parks I enjoy a good hike. In high school i played basketball I try to play as much as i can but my knee doesn't always cooperate. When the temperatures are not so cold I like to skate on my long board. Otherwise I like base jumping and heli skiing and zumba. - vincentchase

I have my camera almost everywhere I go, it's sitting in my truck while I'm at work. I play video games (yes wow too, for the horde), draw, and cycle (past 2 years) and I have Bo staff skills. - chris.

I played soccer for 12 years but stopped my senior year of high school. Now I play tennis for fun and play in multiple adult kickball leagues. I had to take a little hiatus while pregnant and can't wait to get back into kickball once my little one is born. - KelstersInc2319
