Had a great time hanging with the Birthday girl today. I have a question does anyone know why Buzz Lightyear can't sign autographs?

I just looked at my sons autograph book from late 2005 from WDW trip. Buzz Lightyear is a stamp as well as Mr. And Mrs. Incredible. - HalfCaff
