From today's trip. It's maintenance season!

Okay, I have to ask this question: How is it that we see part of the structure above water in the middle of ROA? Does the structure rise up, or does the water level shrink? If the water level is usually higher, I don't get it. It appears flush with the riverbank like it should be right now. Am I the only one wondering this? - Alicewhoareyou 536.0 #209 9:58PM
