Tried the bayou bash special at the French Market. The shrimp corn fritters were very dense. They were moderately tasty. The ratio of shrimp/corn to fried dough wasn't ideal. I'd say about 90-95% dough. The slaw was largely forgettable. Good for a snack, don't know if I would purchase again.
