Tried the bayou bash special at the French Market. The shrimp corn fritters were very dense. They were moderately tasty. The ratio of shrimp/corn to fried dough wasn't ideal. I'd say about 90-95% dough. The slaw was largely forgettable. Good for a snack, don't know if I would purchase again.

Slotherini I think this dish is available at the French Market ..didn't care for it either, but the banana foster beignet @ the Mint Julep bar are definitely worth the long line!! They are to die for 😍😍!! - HollyGolightlyPrincess
