Here's a question. What is the scariest ride you went on at Disneyland when you were younger?
Oh man, my parents and grandparents took my sister and I to Disneyland when I was 5 and she was 3. We got on Pirates and I distinctly remember being on the floor of the boat next to my dad's legs almost the entire ride. My dad kept laughing and telling me to stand up, I would get up for a second and then get too scared and drop back down. I kept telling my mom and dad that I was playing hide and seek with the pirates but was actually scared to death hahaha. Now it's one of my favorite rides :) - Pipmeister

When I was maybe 8, I was mostly afraid of the big rides. My grandma thought it would be fun to bring me on Haunted Mansion because its a smaller ride. But I was terrified! I hated the elevator and I hated the pictures so much I didn't even go on the ride!! 😂😂 thankfully over that fear now! Haha but it traumatized me for a while! - MagicalMadMadam

It was at WDW Space Mountain. I was really little; small enough to sit in my dad's lap and when we hit the "dip", I raised up out of my seat. Felt like I was going to fly out. Or maybe it was false memory? Did the seats allow you lap sitting since it is single seating like Splash Mtn? - Alicewhoareyou

Matterhorn! I was only 5 years old, after that all I wanted to ride were the tea cups😌 - princessb5

Space Mountain. I was hidden in the dads arm the whole time. After our ride, the car went through the loading dock making me think we were going again and I was about to freak out even more. They actually pulled it in some side area and we got off there. Now I'm trying to decide when to take my kiddo without having her have a bad experience. Leaving it up to her right now. - LuvsTigger

I was scared of Splash Mountain. I went on with my cousins once and I was pretty sure that the only reason I didn't fly out of the log was because my cousin was holding onto me. I was about 10 at the time. - nerdgirl

When I was younger, my mom told me she would get me the big 101 Dalmatians lollipop that looked like a bone if I went on splash mountain. I wanted that lollipop so bad, so I did. We went down the big drop and my little self was so shocked and so terrified, I hated it! I thought, "well at least I get my lollipop." The lollipop was disgusting. What a bummer :P - REDBigBadWolf
