My wife and I are spending our first day together in the park since we've had kids. Kids are out of town with Grandma so we get to have our first Disneyland date in 7 years or so. Time to enjoy all the rides our kids are too scared or short to go on and all the fun shops and arty stuff they wouldn't be able to sit still for. If you guys have any tips or things we must do let us know :)
How exciting. I hope that you guys have a blast. Kids really don't enjoy or fully understand Great Moments with Lincoln so maybe you guys could try that. Enjoy - dolewhip4me

When I was a kid this was one of my favorite attractions. According to my mom I even got teary eyed during his speech once - Philliprocks 275.4 #770 10:04AM
Grab fast passes first. Follow wherever the day takes you. Hold hands, take it in, and eat a churro :) - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint

Oh and stop by the Cove Bar for a tri tip sliders and a Black Pearl. - LaPearleNoir 561.8 #197 6:56AM
Our adults only trip was so memorable. There is just something about not being worried about your child's behavior, needed sleep, happiness and hunger and being able to just focus on your spouse. Go watch a musical performance, eat a nice meal, have a relaxing cocktail at the Cove Bar, grab a smooch on The Haunted Mansion...enjoy your day!! - Linzee

Awe, enjoy each other, hold hands on all the rides, have great convos while in line (I know that's hard when the kids are around) and soak it all in. Maybe even do something you've been wanting to do at DL but haven't had a chance to with the kiddies; and vice versa with the hubby. Have fun!!! - BelleLuver
