Old Man sitting porch of Pirates If The Caribbean
His name is Jean Lafitte. He was a pirate in New Orleans in the 1700s and use to hide out in the swamp lands of the bayou. You can find his anchor near the rivers of America, his tavern on TSI, and when you load into pirates take a look up. You are loading at Lafitte's landing :) - AshleyLynn22

And there is a bar in the real New Orleans, The Blacksmith Shop, where Lafitte's and his cronies used to meet. It has no electric lights, just candles, so it closes when the last candle goes out. It can be 2 am or 4:30 am...I can vouch for it! - Gia 785.4 #120 2:56PM
