the Tokyo Disney CMs working hard shoveling snow to ensure a passage for the guests courtesy of Laughing Place.. think they get hazard pay for this?

It would also be advised to edit all of them and add in the photo credits. We can't have photos getting out to other sites (which happens often) with the wrong impression of where the credit is due.
