Pretty stoked...recently purchased my very first AP and am planning on buying my mom one for her birthday in February...also planning to stay at Disneyland Hotel during her birthday trip and would like to take her to Carthay Circle restaurant at least once for a special birthday meal...does the menu at Carthay Circle change with the seasons? My husband and I ate there this past weekend and some of the items I read about/saw on Yelp reviews were not on the menu then...thanks!
