I totally understand the sentiment of not wanting to report a CM who isn't exactly cheerful, BUT often it doesn't matter how many other wonderful experiences they have throughout the day, guests will often only remember that ONE bad experience. You have to remember that so many of those families are on vacation, and often have spent THOUSANDS of dollars for a magical experience. The last thing they expect is to have any kind of bad experience. It's just human nature that people are gonna focus on the one bad thing instead of all the good. That's why it's so important to Disney that they get feedback, whether good or bad, about CMs, food, service, or approval or disappointment of a show or attraction. I don't think we should ignore bad behavior just because we want to be nice. Yes we get something called "oh snap" and it details what the guest has said about us as a CM and it goes on record. It can help the cm for advancement to full time or leadership positions. :) - TIdoubleGuhErCM  53.6 #3672 10:47AM
