I bought this awesome pair of sunglasses when I was in DL in October and started having problems the minute I got them home. The lens keeps popping out. Unfortunately i lost my receipt. I know that Disney is good about backing their products. Do you think that I'll be able to exchange them when I'm there Friday? I don't expect it since I lost my receipt but it would be nice. If I can't exchange them I'm going to buy a new pair because I LOVE them! Anyone have a similar experience?

I had a pin and the back snapped off, I went in to exchange and was told sorry you will have to buy another one. We tried again a few hours later and they happily exchanged it. If at first you don't succeed try and try again, then buy a new pair if unsuccessful. - Linzee  518.8 #224 8:43AM

You can also email Disney and they will try to fix the situation. I had one of the tumblers and I cracked it, my husband emailed them to see where I could get 2 more since we couldn't find it on disneystore.com they need up sending us 2 more and we didn't even have to pay for it. - cowgirlminnie  246.4 #1043 8:54AM
It's possible. My dad once bought a sweater (with a zipper) and didn't realize it until we got home that the zipper was broken. I don't remember if he had the receipt or not, but they exchanged it no problem. If you explain to them what happened and can physically show them, I'm sure they will. I bought a pair of sunglasses last July and haven't had any problems with mine. But since my frames are metal they could be different from what your plastic frames are doing. - KermitFan13  407.8 #321 10:35AM

I had a similar experience with a pair of Minnie Mouse ears I purchased for my daughter. They broke & I had no receipt & even cut the tag off as it irritated her head.
