Top left: me using the telephone booth that was used in 'The Happiest Millionaire'. Top right: an exact replica of an elevator "lift" Walt saw in Paris. He loved it but they would not sell it to him, so he had one made, detail to detail. Bottom left: the only original animatronic vulture that was made, so a cast member could interact with the guests eating their meals. Others were put up, too, but later on. Bottom right: a microphone that was installed into the chandeliers. Walt wanted to listen in to conversations to see what guests really thought of Disneyland!
Woah. A microphone in the chandelier? How big brotherish. - Waites4DodgerEars

Agreed, but I could also see it as helpful for the waitstaff to keep an eye on the guests and their needs without being in the room. - HasAnyoneSeenMyGlassSlipper 323.6 #507 2:22PM
