I have a question, what is tge reference of C.C.12 on the RSR bridge? Is it a tribute to someone or they just put it like that? Thanks.

Carburetor County 2012, I believe. It is common for this to be on most bridges so it either means the year or bridge 12 in carburetor county. But that is just a guess, I'm not positive on it. - dnerd
