I'm in need of a cyber hug. Today I had to fire my ASM for violating a major policy. She handled the news by sending a 3 page email to my boss and staff that was 100% BS about what happened, AND accusing me of many things (all false) including making racial comments toward her. I felt like someone kicked me in the gut (and I stuck my neck out to get her promoted)! It actually made me sick. I've never had this kind of thing happen. I'm trying to get passed it, but it's hard. Good thing I'm on a diet...this would have been good for a full 1lb box of See's Butterscotch Squares! Thanks for letting me vent...
*Hugs* I'm sorry to hear that happened to you! It sounds like you made the right decision by firing her- she is clearly not a stable person. Thanks ladies. I went to work today filled with apprehension about how it would be. Luckily, it was pretty normal, although the tension is still there. Now I just need to know if the company is going to support me if the psycho tries to take things further. Didn't fall off the diet wagon...YAY!!! - msdizmaui

"dissolves"..I like that! I'm going to think DISSOLVE from now on. Not sure what's going to come of it. Her husband took some law classes and think's he F. Lee Bailey (guaranteed he's the one that wrote the email). I found out that she has a history of doing things like this (only wish I knew that BEFORE I got her promoted), so hopefully they'll just let it DISSOLVE.
