So how do you feel about going on an attraction with people who clearly know it well and start either telling jokes/lines BEFORE they happen on the attraction? Last night I had a horrible JC experience because there was a guy on board who was LOUDLY telling all the skipper jokes before the skipper said it and laughing so loudly. And if the JC didn't tell the joke he wanted (since they have many different scripts), he would say it anyways. The skipper got pretty annoyed, but was still very polite and never pointed the guy out, but it was clearly not his best trip. I was mostly upset because I think there were first timers on board and their experience was ruined! Anyone ever have this happen?

There is a line between having fun and ruining the experience for other people. This sounds like the latter. Yes, people deserve to have fun but when a guest has spent a long time waiting in line it sucks to have someone taking away from the attraction. I think it's a basic respect thing. - Gimmer  275.4 #775 3:04PM
exactly! - Sarafina  398.8 #336 3:30PM
Way annoying! - Mikesaxclar  228.6 #1267 1:52PM
Yes. I gave him to Trader Sam. - DisneyFanZoe  1099.1 #75 1:50PM
On a serious note, that's so rude. I'm always shocked at how many people have no home training. - DisneyFanZoe  1099.1 #75 1:52PM
People can be SO rude on the Jungle Cruise, huh Zoe?😜😂😂 - SueBayou  2012.0 #34 1:57PM
😂😂😘😘 - DisneyFanZoe  1099.1 #75 2:10PM
Ugh. I HATE obnoxious people. I was trying to watch Alice and the Mad Hatter do their musical chairs routine, and this jerk came up with a phony British accent saying, "Mr. Hatter! Mr. Hatter!" and trying to ask the jokes himself. MH and Alice ignored him and kept interacting with the children playing the game, but as soon as it was over and Alice and HM were walking away, this guy and his friend followed right behind pestering them. (I know it was a phony accent because we had the misfortune to end up on several attractions with this jerk, and he wasn't always British.) :( - jmgphx  322.7 #513 2:04PM
Good obnoxious guest: the elderly lady behind us in Alladin belting out every song with the wrong words, we still laugh about it to this day, she was having a grand ol time. Bad obnoxious guest: the teen boys who were screaming on TOT "we're all going to (insert very bad words) die!". It terrified my daughter she was almost in tears. - Linzee  519.0 #225 3:02PM
Perfect examples! Our worst time was the TOT with a group of teens with not so nice language. - RadiatorSprings4Ever  138.0 #2482 4:39PM
I could understand if the guest's idea of a good time was reciting what he knew, but he definitely should have kept in mind that he (or she) was not the only one riding. Some people only visit the park rarely. To ruin another guest only experience is just unfair. - Mickey106  140.5 #2441 3:45PM
Ok. I'll stop doing that. - MyPark  944.5 #92 2:01PM
You wouldn't have fun on a MW jungle cruise takeover. We do that the whole time. We have a blast! - SueBayou  2012.0 #34 2:20PM
Actually, my favorite JC ride was with a bunch of MWers and Baloo as the skipper, but it was because we were all in on the joke. This made me mad because there were clearly newbies on there trying to hear the skipper, and having all the jokes ruined. - Sarafina  398.8 #336 3:27PM
My old man likes to recite the Haunted Mansion elevator spiel. I never shush him but once in a while I'll ask him to keep his voice down. I want him to have fun but I want others to enjoy their possible first ride without him playing "host". :-p - LaneSparrow316  846.9 #108 2:36PM
I don't mind when people do that, because they do it at the same time. This guy was doing it 5 seconds before the skipper, so it was obnoxious. - Sarafina  398.8 #336 3:29PM
My husband likes to sing on IASW. Its his fave attraction. I just let him sing all he wants. LOL! - Sharkgrrl19  202.9 #1589 2:41PM
I recite the haunted mansion in my cousins ear, so he knows it isn't real, because he gets too scared to the point of not wanting to ride it. Same with TOT. I only do it loudly when many people are chanting. Yeah, I'm a follower lol. On the other hand, I'm a hidden Mickey spoiler, unless I know someone is looking for it themselves. - lovetheland7  145.2 #2368 2:48PM
Pirates is bad too! We got stuck going on a boat with a bunch of teenagers. It WAS my sons favorite ride up until that. I would have loved to make them PART of the ride! - Disneymomab  15.1 #5659 2:49PM
Sounds like my ex whenever I watched a movie he had already seen. I don't want to hear anyone else put the attraction. - Lelundrial  341.5 #429 2:55PM
Is Jungle Cruise the new Rocky Horror? - MrsMears  212.5 #1456 3:02PM
You must have been on the boat with me last night! I don't apologize! - Deltachiq  969.0 #90 3:21PM
