Well, I never rode Lugi's when it had balls just when it none and my daughter and I giggled the whole time. Yes, it can be disappointing when RSR breaks down but it is still worth the wait and a beautiful ride. This area is just great to walk through and enjoy. I love Carsland! Can't wait to be back. I want to take the time on my next visit to just soak it all up and savor all the shops!
